Top-Ins™ are perfect for decorating and garnishing cakes, desserts, beverages, and more as well as using as an inclusion ingredient within ice cream, confectionery, chocolate treats, snack bars, biscuits, cookies, and other baking applications. We have a variety of formulations available which offer bake stable, freeze/thaw stability as well as ice cream inclusion stability.

Our standard range texture is a traditional fudge-like texture whilst we can also customise the texture of our inclusions in many ways including soft-textured coconut fudge, crunchy meringue, naturally coloured and flavoured and options to add that extra sour note or some fun with a bit of sherbet fizz.

We have three standard sizes of our Top-Ins™ including Kibble (2-4mm), Pieces (4-8mm) and Chunks (10mm). These are approximate sizing only and we also provide the ability for custom blends of different sizing, flavours and colours to achieve the product you require.
